Exhibit Hall

Wednesday, October 5
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Plan to attend a very special evening designed to help you reunite with your OLC family. The Special Events Committees have planned an evening guaranteed to be exciting, interesting, fun, and productive. Start your evening with a refreshing drink from the cash bar located in Battelle Hall. Then, beginning with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 7:00 pm, the opening of the exhibits will coincide with the Opening All-Conference Reception. Throughout the evening, there will be food, entertainment, special giveaways, and an opportunity to mingle with the vendors.

Don't be surprised if you see a juggling unicyclist, a “living” statue, or a magician. Or how about having your caricature sketched? Members of the Exhibits Committee will be strolling through the hall with cameras to snap a Polaroid photo of you and your “family” for you to keep as a souvenir of the evening. If you would like a more formal photograph with your family, visit our “studio,” step behind one of the giant “frames,” and in a matter of minutes, you will receive a special keepsake of this year's conference.
