Purpose and Objectives |
Ohio's subject and special collections assemble and preserve document, manuscript, photograph, and oral history collections that support research and study. It is the primary goal of the Subject and Special Collections Division of the Ohio Library Council to promote and develop Ohio's subject and special collection services.
Unit Objectives
In addition to the goals in the Ohio Library Council Long-Range Plan,
1. Meet four times.
2. Produce two newsletters.
3. Send out a welcome email to our new division members.
4. Submit one program for training at Westerville P.L.
5. Submit one program to the management conference.
6. Update the recruitment brochure for distribution at all conferences.
