a. Nominate candidates for division leadership from all types of libraries, all levels of experience, and all areas of the state.
b. Promote recognition of teen and young adult services as a unique and vital aspect of library service.
c. Develop programs for all OLC conferences and biennial conventions, and to form liaisons with other divisions and committees to co-sponsor programs each year.
d. Continue to promote and implement the James Cook Teen Book Award Celebrating Diversity in Teen Literature.
e. Explore other technologies as a resource to support and communicate Ohio librarians working with young adults.
