Ohio Library Council's 2009 Chapter Conferences feature agendas created by library colleagues in your area of the state. Selecting from programs developed by OLC's divisions and committees, the areas of focus include "always-needed" training topics like customer service, programming, best practices, updates, time and stress management, promotional techniques, reference resources, and more. Using peer-to-peer training, the chapter conferences are OLC's presence regionally and offer staff a full day of educational programming.
