Purpose:
Serves as Fiscal Officer of the Library Board of Trustees. Ensures that all financial operations comply with state statutes, auditing requirements, sound financial practices, and library policy. Under direction from the Director, oversees Information Technology and assists with human resources.
Required Qualifications:-
Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, or related field.

Experience with the selection and implementation of Information Technologies.

Experience with budgeting and financial planning.

Knowledge of state and federal law relating to financial management.

Knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
