The Pickerington Public Library is searching for an innovative leader with exceptional interpersonal skills, technological proficiency and public library management experience.
Responsibilities will include providing administrative and professional assistance to the Director in the overall operation and management of the library; as well as, directing the Adult, Patron, Technical Services and Technology Departments.
The successful candidate will provide leadership in the development and administration of library policies, procedures, staff training and possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff; as well as, the general public.
