2/12/08 Frank Gates Service Co. Name Change

Effective April 1, the Frank Gates Service Co., the OLC's workers' compensation group rating third-party administrator, will become Avizent. The name change follows a merger of the Frank Gates Service Co. with Attenta, Inc., which took place in 2007. No changes are anticipated in the continued administration of the OLC's workers' comp group rating plan.
