The OLC and The Sourcing Office of Cleveland are teaming up to market business services that will save public libraries both time and money. The Sourcing Office creates and manages group purchasing programs in accordance with applicable public sector guidelines. Through this new partnership, OLC member libraries can participate in The Sourcing Office's programs to obtain savings and ensure full compliance with public procurement laws.
In the coming months, OLC member libraries will have the opportunity to access money-saving programs offered by The Sourcing Office's current partners, including:
- CCP Industries (janitorial, sanitation and safety paper products)
- ComDoc (print management)
- CPI-HR (payroll services)
- First Energy Solutions (electricity)
- HTE: Hosted Technology Exchange (shared telecommunications services)
- Office Max (office supplies and off-site printing)
- State Chemical Solutions (janitorial, sanitation, and safety chemical supplies)
In addition, The Sourcing Office will be working with the OLC to identify and implement new products and services specifically tailored to the needs of Ohio's public libraries.
