03/10/10 Rutgers Professor to Lead OLC Webinar
Dr. Claire McInerney, Associate Professor and Chair, Rutgers University Library and Information Science Department will discuss how "training up" library staff can help stretch and boost the level of technology customer service at your library. Attendees will become familiar with free library technology; learn how to work with online surveys, understand the uses of social media in education and learning, and prepare for 21st century library education. Dr. McInerney's webinar, Doing More with Less: "Training Up" Technologically in Tough Economic Times, will take place on April 7 at 2 p.m.
Registration fees are $15 for members and $30 for non-members.
