3/14/06 Scott Shafer Appointed to OLC Board

Scott Shafer, Director of the Lima Public Library, has been appointed to the OLC Board of Directors. He will fill an At-Large position through December 2007, a position vacated by Paula Miller who resigned following her acceptance of the directorship at the Pikes Peak Library District in Colorado Springs.
