4/5/10 OLC Awards and Honors Committee Now Accepting Nominations
The Ohio Library Council's Awards and Honors Committee is now accepting nominations for the 2010-2011 Awards and Honors program.
Think for a moment…do you know a librarian who stands out as a true leader in your community? Is there a supportive staff person at your library who has gone above and beyond to ensure your library's success? Has your library initiated a program that has broken new ground in library service? Do you know a citizen who has made a significant contribution to enhancing library services throughout the state of Ohio ?
There are 251 amazing library systems in Ohio and each library has its share of extraordinary leaders who deserve to be recognized. The nomination form 
and awards criteria are now available. Submit the nomination form to the OLC. Then, an Awards and Honors committee member will contact you to discuss the background information that we will need to support your nomination.
Recipients will be recognized during an awards ceremony at the 2011 Convention and Expo in the fall of 2011.
