05/23/05 OLC Workers' Comp Group Rating Program Enrollment
Libraries will soon be receiving notices for the opportunity to participate in the OLC's workers' compensation group rating program. The letters will be sent from the OLC's third-party administrator, the Frank Gates Service Company. For the 2006 rating year, the OLC is projected to have a two-tiered group, offering 95% and 50% savings respectively. Libraries will have until the end of August to sign the contracts for participation in next year's plan. Be sure to make an educated decision and know all of the facts about third-party administrators' service fees, claims adjudication services, and projects savings before signing on the bottom line.
