7/23/07 New Library Funding Report and Cash Flow Projections
Ohio 's 2008-09 biennium budget created some changes in the Library and Local Government Support Fund that will take effect in January 2008. The most sweeping of these changes is that the fund will no longer be based on the personal income tax but on total general revenue tax – resulting in changes in the cash flow of the LLGSF. The Ohio Department of Taxation and the research firm of Driscoll and Fleeter have provided the OLC with documents that explain the changes in the LLGSF and provide projections in cash flow for 2008 and beyond.
