07/31/07 Homestead Exemption Information

Patrons may be asking libraries for information and/or forms to file for the new, expanded Homestead Exemption that will provide additional property tax relief to qualified senior citizens and permanently and totally disabled Ohioans. Information is now available on the Ohio Department of Taxation's Web site regarding the Homestead Exemption. Exemption applications must be filed by October 1, 2007.
