08/08/06 OLC Receives Commitment to Diversity Award
The Ohio Society of Association Executives (OSAE) has selected the Ohio Library Council as the recipient of the 2006 Commitment to Diversity Achievement Award for its 2006 Diversity Conference. OSAE presents the award to an organization for “exceptional accomplishments in the promotion of diversity in the workplace or by providing increased access by under-represented groups to education, training, and employment.” The award will be presented at the 2006 OSAE Conference on August 9 at the Hyatt on Capitol Square in Columbus, OH .
