8/21/07 Open Records Information Added to Library Funding Web cast
Lynda Murray, OLC Director of Government and Legal Services, will present a "practical guide to the new open records requirements" as an extension of her library funding web cast on September 18 at 10:30 a.m. The first part of the web cast will cover the new public library funding formula set to begin in January 2008 as well as the new cash flow and equalization aspects of the LLGSF. Murray will then spend some time on the practical application of the open records law.
In addition, the OLC has posted an Open Records Resources page online with links to forms and resources from the Attorney General's Office and the Ohio Historical Society.
