11/1/11 BWC Actuarial Committee Proposes Lower Base Rate Premiums for Public Employers

The Ohio BWC Actuarial Committee has proposed lowering the base rate premiums for public employers for 2012. If approved by the BWC Board of Directors in November, the base rate premium for public employers will decrease from $0.76 for every $100 in payroll to $0.70 for every $100 in payroll. The OLC will follow the action on this proposal and announce the final action by the BWC Board.
