11/06/06 Task Force on Local Government and Library Revenue Distribution: Draft #3
The Ohio Legislature's Task Force on Local Government Revenue Distribution has released draft #3 of its report. A copy is available for your review. This DRAFT does not change anything for the LLGSF, but does make changes in the LGF and LGRF language to deal with inequities in those two funds. During the past five years, the distribution language for those two funds was altered in the temporary freeze language. The distribution language for the LLGSF was not altered.
