11/10/2009 OLC Annual Membership Business Meeting
Preceding the OLC Board of Directors meeting on Fri., Nov. 13 will be the OLC Annual Membership Business Meeting. Ohio law requires that non-profit professional associations like the OLC host an annual membership business meeting. No items of business have been submitted for consideration by the membership at the meeting; therefore, members' attendance is not necessary. At the meeting, the OLC will recognize outgoing Board members and acknowledge incoming Board members whose terms begin in January 2010.
