11/12/04 - Carlton Sears Joins OLC Board

Carlton Sears, Director of the Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County, has been selected by the OLC Board of Directors to fulfill the unexpired term of Ernestine Hawkins, Deputy Director of the East Cleveland Public Library, who resigned from the OLC Board in September. Sears will serve in the At-Large OLC Board seat through December 2006.
