particular community.

- Describe what your library does to make it easy for patrons to find things in the
reference area, i.e. the arrangement or organization of the area.
- Describe five places or different sources in your library to find information about your
town.
- Discuss four reasons why patrons may not want or be able to express their real
information needs.
- What are the steps of the reference process?
- Why is it important to use the "reference process" instead of
"just answering questions"?
- Describe something new that you think your library could do to get people into the
library who could benefit from using the reference services.
- Describe something that you personally could do to get people into the library to
benefit from reference services.
