The OLC and The Sourcing Office of Cleveland are teaming up to market business services that will save public libraries both time and money. The Sourcing Office creates and manages group purchasing programs in accordance with applicable public sector guidelines. Libraries can join Sourcing Office by simply completing an Affiliate Membership form  No fees. No minimum requirements. No obligation.
