Tax Distribution - January 2012
PLF Distribution: January 2012. The Ohio Department of Taxation has released the January 2012 Public Library Fund (PLF) distribution. The reduction between January 2011 and January 2012 reflects the biennium budget change to the PLF. Remember that January 2011 was calculated on the 1.97% of total tax revenue formula. The January 2012 PLF is calculated under the freeze minus 6.5%.
