2025 Convention and Expo

The event will be held November 19–21, 2025 at the Huntington Convention Center in downtown Cleveland.

Please note: Online registration will be available now through November 5, 2025.

After November 5, registration will only be available on-site at the Huntington Convention Center and there will be an additional $25 processing fee.

OLC Member Rate (must be an Individual member of OLC)

Full Convention: $250

Single Day (Wed., Thurs., Fri.): $220

Expo Only (one-day pass): $150

 

Non-Member Rate

Full Convention: $350

Single Day (Wed., Thurs., Fri.): $280

Expo Only (one-day pass): $150

 

Student/Retiree Member Rate

Full Convention: $170

Single Day (Wed., Thurs., Fri.): $130

Expo Only (one-day pass): $150

 

Speaker Appreciation Rate*

Full Convention: $205

Single Day (Wed., Thurs., Fri.): $185

Expo Only (one-day pass): N/A

*This rate is only for members of the Ohio library community who are presenting a session during the Convention and Expo. OLC will register you per your Speaker Agreement.

 

Guest/Spouse Fee: $100/person
For non-library staff only. Guest/Spouse registration must accompany a convention registrant.

 

Awards and Honors Luncheon: $60/person
(Convention registration is NOT required to attend this ticketed event)

 

Taste the Music Lunch & Learn: $60/person
(Convention registration is required to attend this ticketed event)

Registration Instructions

When registering for the Convention and Expo, be sure to choose your registration type (Member, Non-Member, Student, etc.) AND schedule (Full Convention, One-Day only, Exhibits only, etc.).

Also, be sure to select any ticketed/optional events you plan to attend.

  • Taste the Music Lunch & Learn: $60/person
  • Exhibit Hall Grand Opening: $0 (included with registration)
  • Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Reception: $0 (included with registration)
  • Game Night at Cleveland Public Library: $0 (included with registration)

Speakers/Committee Members

If you are a presenter for a one-hour or poster session, or if you are a member of the Program, Expo or Local Arrangements Committees, OLC will register you for the Convention and Expo and send an invoice to your library.
