2026 Convention and Expo
The event will be held October 21-23, 2026 at the Kalahari Convention Center in Sandusky, Ohio.
Please note: Online registration will be available July 8 through October 7, 2026.
After October 7, registration will only be available on-site at the Kalahari Convention Center and there will be an additional $25 processing fee.

OLC Member Rate (must be an Individual member of OLC)
Full Convention: $275
Single Day (Wed., Thurs., Fri.): $245
Expo Only (one-day pass): $175
Non-Member Rate
Full Convention: $375
Single Day (Wed., Thurs., Fri.): $305
Expo Only (one-day pass): $175
Student/Retiree Member Rate
Full Convention: $195
Single Day (Wed., Thurs., Fri.): $155

Speaker Appreciation Rate*
Full Convention: $230
Single Day (Wed., Thurs., Fri.): $210
Expo Only (one-day pass): N/A
*This rate is only for members of the Ohio library community who are presenting a session during the Convention and Expo. OLC will register you per your Speaker Agreement.
Guest/Spouse Fee: $125/person
For non-library staff only. Guest/Spouse registration must accompany a convention registrant.
Awards and Honors Luncheon: $75/person
(Convention registration is NOT required to attend this ticketed event)
Lunch & Learn: $75/person
(Convention registration is required to attend this ticketed event)
Registration Instructions
Please note: Registration opens July 2026.
When registering for the Convention and Expo, be sure to choose your registration type (Member, Non-Member, Student, etc.) AND schedule (Full Convention, One-Day only, Exhibits only, etc.).
Also, be sure to select any ticketed/optional events you plan to attend.

Speakers/Committee Members
If you are a presenter for a one-hour or poster session, or if you are a member of the Program, Expo or Local Arrangements Committees, OLC will register you for the Convention and Expo and send an invoice to your library.
