Although the PLF is now funded as a line-item appropriation, monthly distributions to county library systems will continue to vary slightly from month to month. As a reminder, House Bill 96 authorized additional PLF cash transfers to support the State Library of Ohio, OPLIN, the Library for the Blind, the Ohioana Library Association, and the Regional Library Systems.
These transfers and deductions are applied before PLF funds are distributed to public libraries.
